Adil Necipoğlu

Adil is a consultant at Şanlı Law Firm, experienced in the fields of telecommunication, energy law, tax law, banking and other regulated areas. He advises his clients on transactions involving a transnational sale of commodities, mergers and acquisitions, asset management, tax regulations. Adil also provides investment and legal compliance counselling to his corporate clients. In addition to his expertise especially in regulated areas, he represents his clients in their cross-border and domestic disputes through ADR or litigation.
